春スキーで親子で利用しました。朝食も夕食もバイキングを付けて良かったです。 夕食にカニと甘エビが気に入って沢山いただきました．チェックアウト後の居場所も無料休憩室などあり大変助かりました。 ホテルのスタッフの方も親切で、ニューオータニのホスピタリティを満喫させていただきました。 次回は滞在日数長めでお世話になりたいです。

清掃が行き届いていて、マッサージチェアもあり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。犬猫連れで宿泊しましたが、過度な装飾もなく、安全に過ごすことができました。
