On Route des Sanguinaires, located in the town of Barbiccagia, near Ajaccio, this villa will charm you with its ideal location, a 150m walk from the beach.

On the ground floor, you will find the sleeping area.
Two master suites with shower rooms. One bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with four children's beds. A shower room with a shared toilet for both bedrooms. A separate toilet.
Bunk bed in the room adjoining the bedrooms.
Upstairs:
Living room, dining room with open-plan kitchen opening onto the terrace with swimming pool (pergola, deckchair, gas grill). A separate toilet.

Our villa is equipped with a high chair and a baby bed. We can provide a baby bouncer, a bathtub, and a stroller upon request.
We provide bed linen (beds made upon arrival), bath mats, and tea towels. Bath towels are not provided.
Enclosed parking is available within the villa grounds.
Secured pool for parents' comfort, and pool maintenance is performed weekly by a professional.
The villa is ideal for three couples with six children or eight adults.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
A cook is available (additional charge).
Mandatory cleaning fee of €190, not included in the price, to be paid on site on the day of arrival.
Shops: Market on Place des Palmiers every morning, fish market for fish lovers.
Carrefour Contact, bakery, pharmacy, and newsstand are a 4-minute drive from the villa.
Restaurants: Along the seafront, you will find numerous restaurants and beach huts. A 150m walk from the villa, you'll find the restaurant and its beach hut, "Côté Plage," where you'll be welcomed by Jean Jacques and his team.
Activities: Water sports near the villa, where you can enjoy tubing, jet skiing, parasailing, pedal boating, paddleboarding, and more.
Rock climbing trail behind the villa (bring your own equipment; beginners should refrain).
Bicycle rentals are available near the villa.
Beautiful family walks (Chemin des Crêtes, La Parata at the end of the Rte des Sanguinaires, etc.).
Why not enjoy a stroll in the Vizzavona forest and a refreshing swim in the river?
Departing from the port of Ajaccio, beautiful sea trips are available to visit the Scandola nature reserve, Bonifacio, and the Piana coves.
