Spend your vacation in our holiday home with over 2000m² garden in an idyllic location in the middle of nature, between Ulm and Lake Constance.
The house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for relaxing days, which you can customize with trips to castles, adventure parks, skiing and hiking areas, thermal baths, nature and culture.

The house was completely renovated with great attention to detail and meets all modern standards.

In the beautiful municipality of Aitrach.
In the vicinity you will find countless gems and attractions for all ages and interests. We are happy to provide you with further information and wish you a pleasant stay in our holiday home on the Iller.

  • There is a thrill involved in randomly made plans; the kind where you randomly pick a water body around the Bavarian Alps on Google Maps, find out the first train in the morning which can take you there and just put an alarm for 5 hours later before you crash for the night in anticipation of a weekend which would hopefully be worthwhile!! ••••• The southern realms of Germany offer a plethora of such opportunities for last minute travel plans and such is the abundance of beauty in these alpine landscapes that they hardly ever let you down. I find so much satisfaction getting off a small regional train at the station of some small town and being greeted with towering mountains right across the horizon, capped with fresh snow from the night before. So the next time you are in Germany and all your travel plans for the weekend have been put to waste through one reason or the other, reach out to the friendly, cheerful and ever so beautiful countrysides of Bavarian Alps - trust me they will never disappoint you!! 🙂🙂🍻

Wir waren als Familie für eine Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Großes Haus mit riesigen Grundstück. Bietet viel Privatsphäre, Autos können direkt am Haus geparkt werden. Schön eingerichtet, sauber und nicht verwohnt. Besonderen Dank an Frau und Herren Mayer. Die stets bei Fragen zur Verfügung standen, und den einen und anderen Geheimtipp für uns hatten.

Can’t beat this beauty

Our family loved staying at this property. The ambiance, the nature, the amenities and the host are all above and beyond. We enjoyed everything about it. Only a short drive to town or a 30-40 minute walk which was beautiful walking along the Iller.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem, gepflegtem Garten in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist super, wir haben nichts vermisst. Den großen Garten haben wir nach unserer Kanutour auf der Iller besonders genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten in ruhiger schöner Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Es gab sehr viele tolle Spielzeuge und Spiele im Haus. Der Garten mit Schaukeln, Rutsche und Sandkasten sowie zwei Bobbycars ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung bietet jede Menge Gelegenheiten für kleine und große Ausflüge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung für den entspannten Familienurlaub.

Super Zeit mit der Familie
