"2泊3日の利用で駐車場のスタッフさんが出入りのたびに違う人でしたが皆さん親切な対応でした。さらにホテルに入ってからも、機械によるチェックインでちょっと手を止めているとフロントの方がすぐにフォローに入ってくださいました。とても気持ちよく快適に過ごせるホテルです。"

"高級感のあるホテルで、フロントの方もとても親切丁寧で、チェックインの時からテンションが上がりました！ シャワーヘッドはミラブル、ドライヤーもパナソニックの使いやすい物だったので快適に過ごさせていただいたのですが、ひとつだけ、、 客室のエアコンの吹き出し口にかなり埃が溜まっていて、時々したのベッドに落ちてきていたのが気になりました。 高いところなので、なかなかお掃除しにくい場所だと思いますが、私がアレルギーがあることもあり、気になってしまいました。 とはいえ、また泊まりたいと思えるような素敵なホテルでした！ ありがとうございました！"
