The house features two adjoining bedrooms: access to the second bedroom is through the first. This layout is ideal for families, couples with children, or close friends.
You’ll enjoy a prime location just minutes from the river, which is directly accessible on foot for swimming. Outdoor enthusiasts will love canoeing on the Ardèche, hiking the GR4 trails, mountain biking routes, and the sports facilities in Saint-Martin-d’Ardèche (padel, tennis, pumptrack).
