Up on a hill with enchanting view, Villa Serenis is endowed with an ideal location to spend your holiday in privacy & peacefulness. At the same time one can explore and enjoy summer & winter activities & sightseeing being ✽ 1 hour drive from KALAVRITA ski center ✽ 15min - 2,5hr drive from places of particular natural beauty (eg Lake Tsivlos, Vouraikos Gorge) and even DELFI & Αncient Olympia – two of the most important ancient Greek WORLD HERITAGE sites ✽ 15min+ drive from crystal clear beaches.

​​Villa Serenis develops on two levels.​ ​

The ground level features:
✽ an ambient living room with a wood stove, an open space dining area and a fully equipped functional kitchen
✽ 3 bedrooms (2 double with view and one with two or three singles OR one double)
✽ 3 bathrooms
✽ beautiful sea and mountain vistas from all spaces

​The basement level, a 90m2 atmospheric spacious lounge with big cour anglaise windows, features:

✽ large sofa pillows which transform in five 2m x 1m comfortable beds !
✽ a billiard table (French) & equipment
✽ 55" LED Full HD Smart TV
✽ a separate 3rd bathroom

Villa Serenis' services and amenities further include: 2 TVs (one in the living room and one at the basement level lounge), DVD Player, Hi Fi sound system, internet access, ceiling fan in the first bedroom & floor fans, dishwasher, washing/drying machine, portable barbeque, etc.

Guests can have access to all the amenities of the villa exclusively (garden, BBQ, billiard, etc).

Every time we can, we will be in Porovitsa to welcome you and show you to the villa - we love to welcome our guests in person.
If we cannot make it to meet and greet you, rest assured that we will be available via airbnb/email/phone/sms to make your arrival and stay as smooth as possible, while there will always be our trusted local housekeeper to help you out if there is any time of need.

A private or rented car is deemed necessary in order to tour around and visit the dozens of sites of natural beauty or historic interest in the area.

THE AREA
Porovitsa village is very small, quiet and serene, as in the village itself there are only 15 houses (no shops or anything similar). So it is the ideal place to relax from it all but not if you wish to have all amenities right at the corner. At Ano Akrata, just a 12 min drive, you will find everything you need: supermarket, groceries, butcher, a nice piazza to have your espresso or ice-cream or tsipouro, three good restaurants/tavernas, one or two little bars, hairdresser, etc.

And in Krathi/Akrata, the largest village by the beach, a 20 min drive from Villa Serenis, you will find many many more options, especially so in summer months, when it gets very busy and touristic. Also 3 pharmacies and two pediatricians, if any need arises.

The closest medical center, fully equipped, is in Ano Akrata (12 min drive).

Other than that, there are many nice beaches at a drive distance of 20 to 30 minutes from Villa Serenis.
