"Great hotel and value for the money, stayed in a suite. Only drawback pool is not heated. Did not like the fact that they take a picture of you (even of my kids), they already scan passports... Why this procedure... Makes you feel in a concentration camp. In Europe tbis would not be allowed. "

"We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel."
