Anyone who knows the Essaouira market like the back of their hand, who knows which fishmonger arrives first at the port in the morning, which spice changes everything in a tagine, how long exactly you have to work the dough of a pastilla so that it becomes something extraordinary.
With him, you have the choice of your experience.

- Flavours Formula — Yassine prepares 1 meal per day "all inclusive" (lunch or dinner, according to your desires - starter/main course OR main course/dessert): 15€ per adult/day · €10 per child (under 10 years old)/day.

- Immersion Formula — Yassine prepares 2 meals per day "all inclusive" (lunch or dinner, according to your desires - starter/main course OR main course/dessert): €30 per adult/day · €20 per child (under 10 years old)/day

NB: depending on the products requested (fish, shellfish, lobsters, prawns, etc.) an extra charge may be added to the formulas. We study this together, according to your desires.

PRIVATE CULINARY WORKSHOP: you choose together spices and fresh fish from the port or fragrant meat, and you cook with four hands at the villa. The meal you have prepared will be enjoyed by the pool. Price on request.

ESSAOUIRA, BEYOND THE TABLE:
The city is waiting for you: UNESCO-listed medina, art galleries, Gnawa musicians in the blue and white streets, surfing and kite-surfing beaches, dunes to explore on a ATV, horseback or camel rides. And in the evening, we return to the villa — and we wonder what Yassine has planned for tomorrow.
