The property is beautiful, modern, clean, quiet and very accessible to main streets. Although all doors are accesible by code only (keyless) and are supposed to be “self close” they need adjustments and not all the guest make sure exterior doors are fully closed which makes it not very safe since there is no staff present! Pool is very cold! Staff is very responsive via message but will not answer a phone call. More positive than negative experience. I will definitely book there again!
*IMPORTANT* make sure you get your access codes and confirm contact info specific to your reservation via email from OUTISTE directly not from whomever you purchased your stay at least 3-5 days prior to your arrival or you may end up unable to access your room upon arrival. I was very proactive on that topic and had no issues but had to help two families who arrived my last day there who had purchased their reservations through different companies and were stuck in the common areas for hours with no access to their rooms until very late at night that I arrived and provided them with the contact info of the person I was dealing with during my stay
