Great house. Nice amenities. Could use some TLC.

The house is fabulous. Good spaces and wonderful pool. A bit dated. Some of the appliances and at least one of the air conditioners were not working efficiently at all. The bed I slept in was not terribly uncomfortable but it certainly has seen its better days. The water pressure was meh. The policy of not flushing any toilet paper was one that should have included closed receptacles for hygiene or at the very least provided extra bags for regular removal. A housekeeper came daily but only to empty the garbage bags in the kitchen. That was a bit weird. Hospitality needs to be prioritized. It’s a four star house but could be five star with some tweaks.

Amazing stay

We loved this property and wish we booked for longer. It was in a wonderful location, the home had everything we needed, and it was even more beautiful in person. We can’t wait to go back to Puerto Rico and rent this place again!

2nd Annual Supper Club Vacation

Super relaxing, got to explore the real Puerto Rico. Love the private beach and the crashing waves. Especially loved our own “cat away from home”. So sweet and friendly. The home was cozy and comfortably - although I’m glad we didn’t come in the height (didn’t realize there was only AC in the bedrooms).

Wonderful space

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and spacious house. There are five spacious bedrooms, which is plenty of room to spread out and everyone has their own private space and enough common space for all to enjoy being together too. We had a few complications which were immediately addressed by the owner/company.

Our stay

Loved the house but there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Fridge in the pantry had cooling issues, door knob for master bedroom kept coming off, shower head in one of the queen bedrooms wasn’t functioning properly. Spider webs on outside banisters of decks and light fixtures. Pool needed to be cleaned at least one time during the stay. Roof leaks in the centrum of the firing. Kitchen was equipped, we actually purchased a few items and left them at the house. Coffe maker uses a cone shaped filter, would have been nice to have known that.

Perfect Relaxing Destination

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house! The house is very spacious with the bedrooms separated for optimal privacy. The kitchen included everything we needed for dishes and utensils as we ate most of our meals at the house. We also enjoyed some really great restaurants in the Aguadilla area. The house does get warm during the day, but the air conditioners in the bedrooms kept the temperature comfortable for sleeping. The pool overlooking the ocean was perfect! We enjoyed watching activity on the ocean and the Coast Guard helicopters making their daily rounds. We even witnessed a pod of dolphins travel by one day. We also loved the private access to the beach. It was a great area for snorkeling and floating in the ocean. If you love animals like our group, you will enjoy watching the iguanas that live in the cliffside rocks and a friendly neighborhood cat that made her way through our yard every day. We had a great trip and recommend this house for relaxing with your family and friends!

Beautiful home

I rented this home for family members to stay in conjunction with my wedding at the property next door. The house and grounds are unbelievably beautiful which can’t be fully captured in pictures. Do not hesitate to book this house!

This property does not disappoint You will never have to or want to leave Snorkel every day in crystal clear water off private beach relaxed in the infinity pool Amazing sunsets Housekeeper is is so discreet and beyond helpful Turn down bed service is really very nice Outside kitchen is a must since the main common area is not air conditioned Bedrooms air conditioned and huge. luxury bathrooms Property managers are super attentive and friendly Can't go wrong with this property it is a good 2 hr ride from the San Juan airport and taxi is about $275 each way Shell collecting is amazing I will go back

Fantastic week in paradise!

What a wonderful time we all had! Ten of us spent our annual family trip here wanting to try something new and our hopes were exceeded drastically! Coral was so attentive and helpful all week. The private beach has us so spoiled we don’t know if we will be able to go back to normal beach trips again! I cannot recommend strongly enough to try the chef services offered here. Fausto is a culinary genius and works harder than anyone I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us! We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic property

Great stay in a beautiful property! The pool, the view and the beach cove are fantastic. The pics do not do it justice. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, and the whole check in process was easy and efficient. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful and peaceful property with private beach and amazing views!

Our group of 5 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-11) had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house itself was simple but spacious, beds were comfortable and air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Hot water worked well (previous reviews reported poor hot water), even in the outdoor shower which is the shower our children preferred! Every bedroom has a bathroom plus additional bathrooms in both the living area and outdoors. There are ceiling fans in every area to keep you cool and we did not miss air conditioning in the living area due to fans and the breeze through open windows and doors. Bring mosquito spray if you are prone to being bitten. The outdoor space is absolutely perfect and this is where had all of our meals and spent 90% of our time. The pool is well maintained (pool guy came daily), the patio furniture was comfortable, and the view is spectacular...but the best part was the beach access with private cove. The final few steps down to the beach required some climbing since the stairs had not been repaired yet from the winter swells, but we were able to manage and this added to the adventure for our kids. We are told that the stairs are rebuilt each May for the summer months when the water is consistently calmer. But the cove is not to be missed! We explored beautiful local beaches including Crash Boat (very popular and busy), Playa Pena Blanca (smaller and great for snorkeling...we swam with turtles) and Borinquen...all a 5-10 minute drive away. The house is located in the back of a neighborhood. The nearby main street had many restaurants and was close to a grocery store. There were pool floats, a beach umbrella, beach towels and an ice chest available for use at the house. The washer and dryer also came in handy and detergent was provided. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bedroom and dish/dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. Housekeeper comes daily to tidy up the kitchen and living space. I would 100% recommend this property. We absolutely loved our time here and were so sad to leave.

Perfect house in Puerto Rico

We were 3 families - 11 people total. 6 adults, 5 kids from 9-14. This was wonderful. The house is amazing. It has a well equipped kitchen, lots of space to hang out, great pool and beach front. Sunsets were beautiful on the spacious patio. Clean house and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Incredible week.

5 couples stayed in February. Just a great house that fit our group perfect. Actually got to snorkel for couple days down on the beach below. Great times, swam with turtles and fish variety was great. Two days saw whales from bluff, saw a big group of dolphins one day as well. Lots of bird life, including frigates, tropic birds, pelicans, osprey, and troupial(we the Venezuelan), doves, white winged dove and pigeons. Saw the local inguanas that live within the cliffs. Just a great week, visiting multiple beaches as well.

Property is beautiful and staff was very responsive but hot water was not consistently available for all bathrooms, a/c went in one room because of power outages. Wood Decking is in need of replacing and steps down to beach need to be repaired.

Spectacular property

Spectacular property! The view is breathtaking (literally). We had a very hard time leaving the house, between the pool, the private cove and the outdoor space we almost cancelled our excursions. The house was spacious so our extended family of nine ( including a baby) had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked we ended up cooking most nights together. They had a wonderful woman, Yolanda, who came in every day to tidy up after us. After the first day any uncomfortable feelings I had about it disappeared. This will be a property we return to, simply beautiful!
