Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). We were right near the pool and the porch area was great for people watching/eating/drinking your morning coffee. It was also very quiet. The couch was very comfortable for hanging out or napping. "So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access....

"I brought my wife to experience the west coast of PR. Our condo was in the perfect location and offered fantastic views. We loved the condo layout , pool and beach in front. I loved hearing the rooster in the morning and Coqui at night so it made a perfect home base for us to come back to after our travels. Great trip and highly recommend the condo. Jennifer was responsive to our questions which made the experience pleasure."

"Carlos was an incredible host who was very responsive and accommodating. The condo is spacious and perfect for our family of four. The location was close to everything we needed and was in a friendly, safe area. And you cannot beat the view! The description undersells this property. One note: the second bed in one of the rooms is an air mattress, which would have been fine for our 11 year old, but he opted to sleep on the couch instead, which was one of two couches in the condo.
