  • Esta casa única de cuatro dormitorios es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del paraíso. Se sienta en una hermosa playa poco profunda con una vista impresionante y acceso privado a la playa. Literalmente, baja las escaleras del porche quince pasos y estás en la playa!

    El gran porche cubierto con vista al mar y la terraza para tomar el sol tienen mucho espacio para tomar el sol, comer al aire libre y disfrutar de piñas coladas. Relájese en las hamacas, escuche las olas rompiendo mientras observa a los pelícanos capturar peces y los surfistas atrapar las olas. A la parrilla pescado fresco en la barbacoa de carbón. Por la noche, deje que el sonido de las olas lo acompañe a dormir y por la mañana, prepare una taza de café y camine tranquilamente por la playa (hay kilómetros de playa en cualquier dirección).

    Sol Rico está ubicado en un vecindario seguro en el área turística de Porta del Sol en el lado oeste de la isla en el municipio de Aguada (cerca de Rincón). La propiedad se encuentra a 25 minutos del aeropuerto de Aguadilla (BQN) y a menos de dos horas del aeropuerto Luis Muñoz Marín (SJU) en San Juan.

    La casa tiene cuatro dormitorios, tres baños, una cocina totalmente equipada, TV por satélite, WiFi y estacionamiento cerrado para dos autos. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.

This property was great! Accurate listing. Good communication with hosts. We greatly enjoyed our stay! The only thing I did not like was that it takes two weeks to get back the 5,500 refundable damage charge.

The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful beach that was suitable to swim and snorkel in (calm waves during our stay in May). Endless time spent on the deck just observing the wildlife. This is a perfect getaway for those that want a quiet paradise and love nature.

We spent a fantastic week here between Christmas and New Year's. Lots of fun and activities close by, while relaxing in a well appointed place right on the beach.

Absolutely beautiful home and location! We traveled with our 4 children and we all loved the beach and seeing the surfers! If you surf this is the place to be! Kim & Ernesto were excellent hosts and promptly answered our questions we had when we arrived. Highly recommend!!

A wonderful Place with a Wonderful View

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The host was extremely easy to contact and we had no issues throughout our stay. The place itself is clean and well kept. Beach towels, bathroom towels, and kitchen amenities were all clean and organized. The best part was the view of the ocean from the porch, absolutely amazing!

Great family stay

We had a great stay on the quiet, private beach. The house had everything we needed to enjoy meals at the house along with a cool charcoal grill set up. Close enough to Rincon and Aguadilla to get to all the surf breaks. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had.

Great house with phenomenal ocean access and a beach to walk on in both directions. There were no beach toys provided, although there was a room for them so perhaps they just need to be restocked. The surf was rougher than in some protected areas, but still swimmable. The kitchen was beautifully equipped. You need a car to get to the grocery store. The post that I looked at did not show all four bedrooms, but the host sent the pictures to me separately when requested.There are enough beds for 11 people if everyone is coupled up. That would be a bit tight. We had eight people and it was great.We did have one issue and had to call the manager. A couple showed up quickly and took care of all repairs very efficiently.

Short PR Surf Trip

We had a short break and wanted to be able to surf the Rincon area. This property was situated centrally between Domes and Los Jobos. We found the host to be extremely responsive and pleasant. The property was suitably equipped and had a great view of the sea in AGUADA. Unbeknownst to us, the property is situated adjacent to a wildlife preserve. Walks along the beach collecting glass found few others present on the beach. There were restaurants within five minutes, providing fresh seafood and beautiful views of the ocean. I would strongly recommend this property for a family getaway.

High school graduation surf party

Our families stayed in the beautiful side by side beach houses in Aguada, PR. No need to leave these amazing beach houses. The sun and surf are at your fingertips and amazing food (street food, bakeries and beach restaurants) are within walking distance. Read a book on one of the comfortable hammocks or on the beach with the surf hitting your toes. Clean, modern and all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. The hosts were attentive and responded quickly to our very minimal needs. The house has plenty of room for 6 (Sleeps 8) We had 6 adults-3 generations. I highly recommend Casa Sol Rico Dos and for multi families/ friends rent the Casa Sol Rico Uno too!!

Lovely clean property and great views. Unfortunately the beach, which we were looking forward to, was not safe enough to swim in. Lots of wood all over the sand and water was not as clear as other beaches in Puerto Rico.

Oceanfront

We rented the house for a beach trip getaway for a week. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Lay out of house was nice, and we spent most of our time on the huge outside deck. The house is directly on the beach. When the surf is up one can enjoy watching the surfers catching the waves! We swam in tbe water when it was calm,but there are better swimming beaches close by. Location was perfect for day trips to area attractions. Ernesto, our host, was helpful, friendly, and takes good care of his property.
