Villa Shirin is situated off a tarmac road, surrounded by nature, mountains, valleys, and sea views. it is approximately five minutes drive from the beach. Car is essential for this villa one hour approximately and 30 minutes from Chania or Iraklion airport.
This villa is brand-new to the market it sleeps 4 persons , there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower and a sink unit.
Upstairs you have open plan, living room, kitchen, dining room and sitting room. It’s very airy and bright with two ceiling fans and a beautiful balcony where you can see the beautiful views of the sunsets and sunrises.
You have ample parking on the front drive for up to 2 to 3 cars and at the back of the villa you have a stunning brand-new swimming pool with mature shrubbery , on the very large patio four sun loungers and the Sun umbrella.
The south side of the island of Crete has the most beautiful stunning scenery sandy beaches, beautiful blue seas with lots of different coves. we have many beaches also the famous kourtaliotiko gorge is only about a 5 minute drive away.
Preveli beach is also a favourite location to visit also including the Preveli monastery
