Stefanakos House is a beautiful 75 square meter property nestled in the heart of Crete, situated in the magnificent natural setting of Spili area. This location offers easy access to a multitude of shops, cafes, supermarkets, and taverns. The view of the surrounding mountains is extraordinary, and its ideal position allows you to explore both the north and south coasts of the island.



The house has recently been renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests in two bedrooms and a sofa bed. One bedroom features a double bed, and the other has two wide single beds. There are two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet. The contemporary open-plan kitchen comes fully equipped with various appliances and all the necessary cooking basics, along with a dining table for six. The spacious and comfortable living room boasts a large satellite TV and a generous corner sofa. Air conditioning units and WiFi coverage are provided for your convenience.



The property offers large balconies, a spacious shaded decked area, and a generous terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, providing excellent views of the mountains and the charming village of Spili, as well as the surrounding area.



Spili village is teeming with tourist attractions and a variety of amenities, all of which are within easy walking distance from the house.

Propery OK, Spili disappointing.

The details given about the property are accurate. We never met the owner, but he gave clear instructions about how to find and enter the property by WhatsApp. The property has a spacious lounge and kitchen and two moderate sized bedrooms, neither of which has en suite facilities. There are however two shower rooms with toilets, both quite small and as far away from the bedrooms as it is possible to get (one off the lounge and one off the kitchen respectively. While this may not be a problem to everyone it may affect those with mobility issues. The access to the property using a car is by a rear access road down a steep slope to the property. There is private parking for a vehicle on land opposite the house. The property is just off the main road through the village. Pedestrian access is from the main road up a very short steep path. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and the kitchen is stocked with most kitchen and cookery utensils that are needed for a self-catering holiday. There is a roof space which is very suitable for sunbathing and boasts sun beds and dining table and chairs. The washing machine is also to be found here. This failed to work properly. The owner offered to have our partly washed clothes laundered again. We didn't take advantage and no one appeared to rectify the fault during our stay.Spili was a little disappointing. A week was too long.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage in der Mitte der Insel, der Hausbesitzer war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal da und werden nächstes Jahr ebenfalls wieder Urlaub auf Kreta in genau dieser Ferienwohnung machen.

Einfach traumhaft!

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Dachterrasse mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge hat uns ganz besonders begeistert. Die ruhige Umgebung und die Nähe zum Ortsinneren von Spili (5 Minuten Fußweg) mit schönen Tavernen und Geschäften bieten alles für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar, falls nötig. Wir können dieses Domizil sehr empfehlen!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Sehr sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Hausbesitzer. Hat auf jede Frage sofort reagiert und war super hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr günstig, so dass man mit dem Auto Strände sowohl an der Nord- als auch Südküste in 30 Minuten leicht erreichen kann. Alles entsprach voll den Beschreibungen und war sehr sauber (wir konnten die Intervalle wann jemand zum putzen kommen soll individuell mit dem Besitzer ausmachen, so dass es hervorragend auf die Bedürfnisse gepasst hat). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden definitiv gern wieder kommen.

a splendid stay in this perfect located holiday home

We enjoyed everything very much, everything was ok, great rooms, great wifi, great welcome, private parking place. Spili is a perfect little town with everything you need. One suggestion: some more coffeecups and knives, cissors, ... would make it perfect.
