Located in the heart of Elounda, Elounda Panorama Villa enjoys scenic surroundings and unobstructed views of Spinalonga Island. Positioned alongside a neighboring villa, and spanning across two levels, this property comfortably accommodates 12 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The expansive windows throughout the villa frame the vistas, ensuring that the serene blue waters and rugged landscapes are always within sight, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

Step into the heart of the Elounda Panorama Villa, where the open space living, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom unfolds with a breathtaking sense of spaciousness and elegance. This expansive area is a harmonious blend of contemporary design and functional sophistication, designed to be the perfect backdrop for both relaxation and entertainment.


The living area offers comfortable seating, arranged to take full advantage of the panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. These doors not only flood the room with natural light but also seamlessly connect the indoors with the expansive outdoor terrace. The living room area also features a 50" Smart TV and an LG Bluetooth speaker.


Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a gourmet dinner. There is also a table that can comfortably seat 6 guests.


Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen, the dining area is a space designed for memorable meals and intimate gatherings, comfortably seating up to 6 guests. The table is set against a backdrop of large windows, ensuring that every meal is accompanied by stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The combination of natural light and carefully selected interior lighting creates a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for both formal dinners and relaxed, casual meals.


On this floor, you will also find the Master bedroom. This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a 32" smart TV, a self-controlled A/C, and a floor-to-ceiling closet space with a safe deposit box. The master bedroom also offers direct access to the outdoor area, to enjoy the unobstructed scenery, which creates a constant connection with the beauty of Cretes coastline.


Lower Floor


Strolling down to the lower floor, you will find the playroom and the three remaining bedrooms. This level is thoughtfully designed to cater to both the young and the young-at-heart, ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay.


The centerpiece of the lower floor is equipped with a 75" Smart TV, a PlayStation 5, plush seating, and soft lighting, this room offers an immersive viewing and relaxing experience.


Adding a playful twist, this area also features two comfortable bunk beds (0,90 x 1,90), making it an ideal space for children or additional guests to enjoy a unique and fun sleeping arrangement.


Adjacent, is the playroom, a vibrant space designed to spark creativity and provide endless entertainment, while admiring the view of the endless blue. The playroom features a pool and football table, a desk, and a designated area full of childrens toys, for your little ones to enjoy all the fun. This area also features an ecstatic bike, a weight bench with weights, and a gym mat, for you to stay active during your holiday. You will also find a half-bathroom on this floor with only a shower.


The second bedroom, found on this floor, consists of a King-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a 24" Satellite TV, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a floor-to-ceiling closet space, and a self-controlled A/C. It also features direct access to your own balcony, with an unobstructed sea view.


The third bedroom consists of a Queen-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) that can be joined as 2 single beds (090 x 2,00), a 24" Satellite TV, an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower, a floor-to-ceiling closet space, and a self-controlled A/C. It also features direct access to your own balcony, with an unobstructed sea view.

Around the pool, youll find six luxurious sunbeds and bean bags, perfect for lounging and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Two large umbrellas provide ample shade, allowing you to relax comfortably at any time of the day. Whether youre reading a book, sipping a cool drink, or simply enjoying the gentle breeze, this sunbathing area is the epitome of comfort and relaxation.


For those who love dining outdoors, a spacious table comfortably seating up to 8 guests sits under a shaded pergola, offering a cool and inviting spot to enjoy meals with your loved ones. This dining area is perfectly positioned to capture the stunning sea views, ensuring that every meal is accompanied by the beauty of Elounda Bay and Spinalonga Island.
