Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and spacious living areas. The villa includes 2 king-sized beds and 2 single beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens onto a large private balcony with breathtaking views of the pool and the Esentepe coastline—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Conveniently located, the villa is a short walk to the beach and just 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, connecting you to nearby towns and attractions. - Parties: We kindly request no loud parties or events to maintain the serene atmosphere of our villa and respect our neighbors. This is a peaceful retreat.
- Utilities: Fair use policy for electricity and water is in place. Excessive consumption may incur additional charges (rarely applicable with normal use)
- BBQ: Please clean the BBQ after use.
- Noise: Please be mindful of noise levels
- Rubbish: Please dispose of rubbish regularly in designated bins. Details will be in the welcome guide.
- Cleaning Fee: A mandatory one-time cleaning fee of 150 € applies to each reservation to ensure our villa is immaculately prepared for your arrival. This will be included in your booking total.
