Breakfast area is crowded sometimes and staff shortage or they don’t clean fast to allow others to sit , tables are not monitored as I put my plate full of food and went to grab water then I found 2 individuals taking my table and my plate is still in front of him talking and spitting while talking , the staff didn’t do anything and I had to confront them to leave the table , then they said is it private table table for you , I don’t blame them if they have no class and manners but I blame the staff for neglecting their responsibilities . Guest relation Hind is Amazing I had small upgrade because she recognized me for second time . I booked for 2 nights then 1 night then another 2 nights because I liked my room in front of the beach , but every time I book online the cashier didd et je allow enough time to receive the payment as it’s paid full , so he keep arguing that I haven’t paid and he require payment every time and I refused to give him my card again as I showed him that my card was debited in each time but they don’t get the payment right away and they are not patient when you book online while you’re there . The big picture nice hotel , nice pool , breakfast ok for 4 stars , room very clean view is amazing , but staff need more training and be concerned about the customer . Maybe little raise will be sufficient . Thank you
