Enjoy an adventurous getaway, a relaxing weekend or a minibreak of fishing and fun in this peaceful and cozy townhome located near the sought-after Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees and Shangri La Resort and Golf Club. Located on Monkey Island in the gated community of The Reserve at Grand Lake, this 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home features a fenced-in backyard with a patio, comfortable furniture and beds and 3 smart TVS with access to Prime, Hulu, Netflix and Max. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Short walk to Tera Miranda Marina and the Quarterdeck Lakeside Restaurant with it's open-air concept. Short 5-7 minute drive to Shangri La Resort and Golf Course. Outdoor security cameras are in use.

The property was very clean, and the owners were very nice and responsive and allowed us to check in a little earlier and a little later. It would have been nice to have access to the garage for parking, dressers in the room for clothes, and not have to clean (gather laundry, trash, etc.) for the price. For the price, we thought these items should have been included.

It’s a small town. A few things nearby grocery stores, gas station, restaurants and plenty of places to rent boat and jet ski’s. The neighborhood is quiet and the house rented was really nice and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place. So worth it better than a hotel.
