This property is an excellent place for 11 of us to hang out for the weekend. For the 4th year we've stayed at this place - room for the kids, room for the dogs, a wonderful patio and spacious and beautiful home. Couldn't ask for much more in the way of accommodations! Excellent!

Very clean and I love the decorations. The dishwasher was a blessing with our big group. The back porch area was our favorite hangout spot, loved watching the waterfowl at the lake. The fire pit was the next favorite area to relax at in the evening. The host was very easy to work with and helped when we needed them.

This is the ONLY VRBO in which the photos and the description do not do the property justice. This house is an entertainers delight. It is outfitted with everything you could need for big meals and gatherings. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and not feel like we’re on top of each other. We had many meals on the patio, many coffees in the Adirondack chairs and played yard games in the back yard overlooking the water. We are keeping this place in our favorites and hope to return many times! Ron and Sandy were very welcoming and accommodating as well!

Nice location if you are looking to enjoy nature and relax with a beautiful lake view. Was perfect for our family-kids and grandkids! This was our 2nd time staying at this place. We really had a great time!

The property is beautiful and quiet. Had a great weekend there whole family enjoyed it. If your going with a large group bring some larger cookware, wasnt much there but the bbq is pretty good size.

This place was the best family home on the lake that we have found so far. We had space (& acceptance of the dogs) for everyone! It was so easy to take the kayaks to the water with the permission to drive down close. Will definitely keep this house on our radar for future trips!

Family get together at Grand Lake

There were 18 of us in total and there was plenty of space in this house and a lot to do there as well. The owners were great to work with and we had fun in the area as well. Would definitely go here again!
