This beautiful chalet is located on a small chalet village on lake Afritzer See, in the middle of sunny southern Carinthia. Surrounded by imposing mountains, clear lakes and lush nature, it is the perfect place for both relaxing and active enjoyment, whatever the season.

In winter, the region transforms into a winter sports paradise full of opportunities for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area, about 15 km away, offers 103 km of slopes and excellent facilities for both families and avid skiers. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (13 km): a sunny ski area with 50-55 km of runs and breathtaking views of the Alps.

Picturesquely located in the heart of Carinthia, lake Afritzer See is known for its clear water and relaxed atmosphere. The well-kept beaches with sunbathing areas, jetties and views of the surrounding mountains are a great place to swim, sunbathe and unwind. There are also several other lakes in the vicinity, such as the Ossiacher See, Millstätter See, Brennsee and the Faaker See.
