"Lobby is on the main floor. Rest of main floor is designated for a day care and another future business. Rooms are all on 2nd and 3rd. Pros: Clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy access to and from the hotel. Close to West Edmonton mall and other shopping attractions. Cons: Lacking simple amenities such as ice and vending machines."

"Lovely hotel with a great vibe and the access to Roger’s Centre is unbeatable. We did see some pretty sketchy characters around the hotel, which scared my daughter, but I know that’s a hard thing for the hotel to address. Just maybe something to be aware of when you’re booking. "

"Fantastic service from the second we got to the front desk until we checked out. So many dining options and at a super reasonable rate. We did Tap 25 for dinner and sat at the bar. My wife got the burger is a bannock bun and I had the bannock taco, neither disappointed. Easy to navigate with plenty of stores nearby as well. We will definitely be returning."
