"Very dated hotel, room not cleaned properly everyday and the breakfast we were told would be provided was not. Excellent position in the town and great view of Bains Beach. Overpriced for what we got."

"The hotel is very well situated for exploring the full area of the Shetland Islands. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of parking space and there is a fuel station next door and a very good fish and chip shop across the road, both of which are very useful."
