"This is a great weekday value as you can often stay for under $240 a night. Weekend can run $400-$500. That is not worth it to be honest. Breakfast is very continental but decent. Room is very large and bathroom is excellent with great water pressure in the shower. The inn manager Caroline is awesome. "

"This was a typical motel in Solvang. Rooms were old and everything was creaky and noisy. Many of the rooms are close to the main street so they are extremely noisy and it is hard to sleep. Overall this was an average motel, but there are many much nicer places to stay in town.
The staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful. The property, not so much."

Needs better insulation for sure. Was fine for one night in Solvang but felt quite basic. I hear the cottages are nicer than the rooms. "

"The inn at Zaca Creek was special. We booked room 6 to stay and visit nearby Solvang with our college-age kids. The inn has all of the modern luxury amenities you want but delivered with the feel of a rustic, ancient roadhouse. The beds were plush and the bathroom was awesome. We loved the rain shower and waking up to espresso coffee in the room.
