"In general all was great,greeted on arrival,told what facilities were available & if we needed anything, only needed to ask.As we were a family of 3,1 person had to sleep on the sofa/futon bed.This wasn't comfortable at all as it had no additional matress/layer for comfort,therefore you could feel the metal bars beneath your body.In the room it's self there's nowhere to place your clothes,no means of hanging facilities for the duration of your stay only coat hooks.In the bathroom albeit it's...

"I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring.
I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call back.
It’s a pity as the rooms are pretty. Also to note for those that are light sensitive there are very bright street lights and only shutters on the windows. "

"Nice and comfy room. Friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that you can easily get a snack or drink at reception at any time.
I would only suggest to add something else to the complimentary breakfast, some more food options but I can’t complain."
