"Everything was so easy and everyone was so pleasant. Lovely rooms and other spaces Beds were very comfortable but the pillows too hard so that spoilt my sleep."

"You can easily walk across from Birmingham airport (rather than taking a taxi, 10 minute walk). Clean and comfortable place to sleep. I used the gym which was a well equipped hotel gym. Great for a business stay"

"A great place to stay for the NEC. Emma was particularly helpful as we had booked a second night later in my partner’s name, which looked complicated! Parking was also excellent, with easy walk to NEC. And excellent breakfasts- what more could you want?! We’ll be back."

"There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. The hotel has been extended since I held a conference there about 30 years ago. It has a very recent new wing. It's very open and laid back, and the bedrooms are pretty much perfect. Scrupulously clean. The kitchen was always busy serving a great range of quality food at decent prices and breakfast was awesome. "Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌 "
