Also disappointed with the lack of glasses or coffee laking facilities, other than that, the property is excellent, first class restaurant and you can buy their products (jams/marmalade etc) directly from reception."

"We are frequent travelers and this is one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The description borders on false advertising. The room looked nothing like the picture. It was sparse, smelled heavily of cleaner and had chipped walls. The amenities were a bar of soap so small as not to be useful and the smallest shampoo bottles we have ever seen. The yard was not maintained. There is no hotel airport shuttle. The hotel is .9 m from the airport but because of roads is a 15 minute 20-30 euro...

"I stayed here 5 nights, with my daughter.We used it at a base for exploring Sicily. The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Antonio was a wonderful host and makes a great cappuccino. "

"The hotel is in the heart of Misterbianco with lovely flower shops, fresh pastries and bread and coffee shops. The owner and his staff are great; friendly and attentive. The rooms are like new. My balcony view was adorable at night."

"For what you're paying this place is a real let down - my room toilet had a bad smell coming from it, you have to ask at reception if they will put the aircon on in your room but never tell you this at check in so my first night was really warm, the rooms are dark and overall I just felt I had been tricked into thinking it was anywhere close to a 5 star hotel. Overall a very poor experience"

"Absolutely loved the place. Everyone was over the top helpful & kind, ensuring that we had a great experience. The only thing that threw us was a $100. Fee per person that was explained to us as facility fees for the pool & beach. We were fine with the fee but later we were told that the pool was for children only. We were not happy about that as there were days when we would have preferred hanging at the pool rather than the beach. We dealt with the situation but it was a pretty expensive fee...

"Struttura non adatta per una vacanza, tanto è vero che lavora solo con operai, cibo da mensa, noi avevamo la mezza pensione ma la domenica non c’era, senza che nessuno ce lo avesse detto, posto vicino al mare in due settimane non c’è mai stata una portata di pesce. Tutte queste cose non si sapevano al momento della prenotazione. Delusi !!!!!"

"Great location & comfortable accommodations, love the modern feel of the room, bed was comfortable& air was refreshing. It was close to the centro so we were able to walk everywhere. We loved our stay & appreciated the owner being so accommodating. Definitely recommend this place & would love to come back again! Ciao for now!"
