"We loved the house, the theater room was great and the space was good. The one big issue was the upstairs AC was not working, we contacted the property management company and they sent someone to fix it. But before that company could fix it they were told that they would have someone else fix it and they never did. Even after I requested it every day."

"Condo was nice, clean and roomy. Had everything that we needed. Although it wasn’t in Vail Village, it had a shuttle stop right outside it’s front door that would take you into Vail Village within 10 minutes. There’s a general store, a liquor store and several restaurants within walking distance."

"The bones, layout and location of this place is great. It needs some updating and there are stains in the carpet, a bit pricey for what you get. Also, management contacted me beforehand to change our unit and I told them numerous times that we did not want the other unit via phone and email. When I go to CheckIn they said we were moved to the unit I told them we didn’t want. Luckily they were able to move us to our original unit and the one I booked, but the front desk attendant had attitude...

"Awesome 1 bedroom, 1 bath in Lionshead Village. The listing said it slept 8, so we were a little confused. There is a King bed and a pullout couch in the living room. That did not cause a huge issue, but had to get a little creative with our two little kids."
