"FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊"

"All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed the stay, Being able to use the spa facilities until 1pm on check out day was idea and its a very tranquil area. Only minor point is that the jacuzzi is not that warm to relax in - the jets blow cold water."

"The staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was nice too. Our room and the corridors looked shabby. Our bed creaked with every move, tele was so small and far away from the bed, sockets were wonky and the room is a decent size but doesn’t have any decent tables or work space to put stuff on.
The biggest let down was the spa. We went for the weekend thinking we would have some treatment's but was told that a couple of months ago, the mangers stopped treatments and therapists were no...
