  • Located in the heart of Downtown Adrian, this newly renovated space can easily accommodate 6 guests (2 Queens, 1 Queen Sleeper sofa).

    This historical loft features easy self-check in with a private keypad entrance and free parking directly across the street. Enjoy short walks to all that Downtown Adrian has to offer with all the amenities of a hotel room and more.

    Short walk to the Croswell Opera House, Chaloner's Cigar Bar, the Adrian Armory Event Center, and easy access to downtown events and festivals. 1.3 miles from Adrian College, 1.5 miles from Siena Heights University.

    You'll have full access to the 1150+ Square foot second floor of 120 S. Winter St. A keypad dead bolt code will be provided for street level access.

    The property owner runs a business immediately next door and is present from 9am - 4pm nearly every day, and can be contacted after hours via text if any issues arise!

The accommodations were spacious and clean and had all of the necessary amenities.The location was so convenient for coffee shops, restaurants and local specialty shops such as, knitting and Michigan products.

This was a great stay. Host had outstanding communication! They touches of thoughtful things that are included made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Loft was super nice and spacious, good free parking, and was perfect for our weekend stay. Bathroom was stocked, there were snacks and waters available. Very nice place to stay!

We had such a great stay here! The place has so much history and character, it’s one of those spots that just feels special the moment you walk in. You can really tell a lot of care has gone into keeping that charm while still making it comfortable.The hosts were awesome too. Super friendly, quick to respond, and really easy to communicate with the whole time. They made everything simple and stress-free.Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a unique place to stay. We’d absolutely come back!

Our stay was great! There is so much to do Downtown Adrian. The Loft was spacious and clean and right downtown. We got to meet our host Brad. He was so friendly and accommodating.

This loft was AMAZING! It had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed by the space and the attention to detail. Many restaurants within walking distance and close to Adrian College campus. Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome historical loft

Beautiful loft that has been restored to showcase Adrian history. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could need or want. Bedrooms separated to allow for privacy. Common area comfortable and roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great little gem in downtown Adrian

The loft was perfect for our stay for Adrian College graduation. Plenty of space to stretch out. Very clean and loved the little details acknowledging the history of the building! The host was wonderful, too! Thank you!

Beautiful Accommodations

This property and host are literally one of the best that I’ve ever encountered. The property is exactly as pictured (which doesn’t do it justice) and the host is top tier. I highly recommend it.

The location was perfect for a weekend stay. Quickly out of traffic from Michigan International Raceway and a quick 25 minute trip back to the loft. Property was clean and there were good restaurabnts easily within walkng distance. Parking was abundant as statwed. Definetly will look to book again if we return for the races next year!

The Host was a great communicator. This place was really clean and tucked in the "downtown" area. The free parking across the street was convenient and close. The only thing I would have to say, is I slept in the "front" room and I did hear every car that went by, and the delivery truck across the street at 5:30am, but my niece stayed in the back bedroom and said she didn't hear a thing, but overall this wasn't a deal breaker for me. The snacks were a nice treat and I would recommend staying here. I would have liked a lock at the top of the entrance stairs just for my peace of mind, but again a very cute place to stay and I would stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
