"After experiencing a schedule mishap due to our own fault the Owner/Manager as well as Front Desk staff showed us grace and kindness by opening a room for us last minute. "Truly enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Liked the fact that it was away from all the noise of the downtown area. Still very accessible and walkable. Rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were very accommodating. We did not use the pool but looked very nice. I highly recommend a stay at this gem of a hotel."

The only breakfast offered was coffee from a 10 cup pot which we were told had a limit of 1 cup each. We had a telephone on the overnight table not connected to service. Bouncehouse wasn’t there when we visited. We booked last minute so the only room that was left was on the mountain side, which was across the lakeside. You have to cross a busy road to get to the lakeside and that was a bit dangerous for kids. I hope the bed could be better. But given its last minute booking I can’t...
