"Hotellet ligger centralt i den gamla stadsdelen med restaurang i nedre delen. Mycket besvärliga trappor om man är äldre! Fanns hiss men endast för verksamheten, ej för gästerna. De första 2 nätterna bodde vi i ”Budget”- där gardinerna hängde på trekvart och ej fungerande TV men med nyrenoverat badrum. ..."

"Check in was very confusing they should just say, Go to Burg hotel check-in office because in the end that's where we went and the lady there was excellent and got us checked in . I would say that the instructions were more complicated than they needed to be ."
