It looks like a hotel that was high end way back in the day, but its strughling to hang on. I had to get my own hand soap etc.at the front desk. I booked 2 queen beds but was put in a king room. This was an absolutely lovely stay! Margaret always responded within minutes. The property was clean, beautiful, cozy, and in a beautiful area. When I go back to Rochester, I hope to stay there again.
