Beautiful stay!

The bunkhouse was what we were looking for…a place similar to a hotel without being in a hotel. We stayed for a bball tournament. Having our own washer/dryer was extremely helpful. The amenities of our own kitchen was also helpful. My only recommendation is to have a small dresser to store some clothes for the couple of days we stayed. Beautiful area, and we appreciated the little baskets of helpful hygiene products-small things that could be forgotten while packing. Hospitality was top notch! Thank you!

Charming, conveniently located, and wonderfully well taken care of!

I am so thankful we found this little treasure of a vrbo - and so close to the main thoroughfare! Mark and Fabio took excellent care of us - from the plush towels in the bathroom to the many miscellaneous kitchen and bathroom items one tends to overlook. Staying at the bunkhouse afforded us a comfortable and low-stress retreat amongst all the busy-ness of family visits during the Christmas season. The noise from the train track very nearby didn't bother us at all - it's quite the unusual white noise :)

Great little cottage

This is a great little cottage if you need a short stay for one to two people. It is right next to train tracks and the trains do run all night so I’d suggest bringing a sound machine or the like. It’s not so much that the house shakes but it is enough to wake you up. If you are in town for a wedding, also note there is no iron or ironing board. But the kitchen was well stocked and great, and the bathroom as well!

A little home away from home.

Absolutely amazing stay! 10/10 would stay there again. We stayed for our Anniversary to do our annual kayaking trip (our first date) and it was so conveniently placed to everything. You really don't notice when trains go by and even got a smashed penny for our son, who is obsessed with trains. Check in and out was so easy. This place has everything you need! Such a beautiful, quaint place to stay! Highly recommended!

I stayed here for the Atlanta Legacy softball tournament and it worked out perfectly. The place was perfect size for just me and father and it was located 7 minutes from the field we were playing out. It was a good location of town except for the train tracks that are adjacent to the house because it would wake me up during the night; however, I fell right back asleep.

Perfectly Quaint

This was such a lovely stay, one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The cottage is incredibly clean and well-appointed. Mark and Fabio decorated it beautifully! It’s fully updated. It’s in a perfect location, with all downtown stores and restaurants only a few steps away. I loved watching the trains, but also noticed the home is so well-insulated it’s not noticeable at night. There’s an outdoor seating area to sit & enjoy the outdoors while watching trains pass by. Mark And Fabio were outstanding hosts who were willing to accommodate all of my special requests. She even offered to bring drinks and to set thencottage up specifically for my meeting. They are really good people. I will definitely be back. Absolutely adorable!

Great location for families playing at Lakepoint sports. Kitchen made it convenient and the were thoughtful in the amenities. Small yard area if traveling with pets, walking distance to dinner. Only downside was proximity to train tracks and it’s an active line with 1-3 trains nightly. Wasn’t terribly disturbed but did wake us up. The Bunkhouse was great and comfortable though.

What a cute place. They thought of everything and was available anytime we had questions. I had the pleasure of meeting Fabi she was so friendly and kind and accommodating. My stay

I enjoyed the property very much. It had everything you could possibly need or might forget to pack. My only comment is the curtains on the front french doors. I would have preferred even 2 more panels (fuller) and or black out curtains. Everything else was wonderful!
