Just a few kilometers from Acqualagna – the famous “Truffle Capital” – and the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve, it’s the perfect base for food lovers and nature enthusiasts alike. For an unforgettable experience, join an expert truffle hunter on a real truffle hunt, then savor a tasting of local delicacies paired with fine regional wines. In just a few minutes by car, you can explore picturesque towns like Cagli, Fossombrone, and Urbino, or head to the Adriatic coast to enjoy the beaches of Fano and Pesaro. The stone farmhouse exudes the authentic charm of a country home, with a relaxing and simple atmosphere. Surrounded by a spacious garden, it offers outdoor areas with tables and chairs for al fresco meals, plus table tennis, table football and a life-size chessboard for fun with family and friends. There’s also a barbecue area and a wood-fired oven, perfect for homemade pizza and bread. The villa is ideal for two families, who can rent the entire property as a single villa while still maintaining their own privacy, as it is divided into two completely independent units. The main apartment includes a kitchen with fireplace, a spacious living room (with the possibility of adding an extra bed), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment, smaller in size, consists of a living room with a sofa bed (2 sleeps), kitchen, storage room, a bedroom with double bed and French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the pool area, there is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, convenient and functional for guests spending time outdoors. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

Der Empfang durch Benjamino war herzlich und alles wurde uns ausreichend erklärt. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und auch in den Küchen ist im Großen und Ganzen alles wichtige vorhanden. Ein größeres Schneidebrett und ein oder zwei scharfe Küchenmesser wären aber noch wünschenswert.Die von den Vermietern bereitgestellten Online-Erklärungen (auch ohne Alexa abrufbar) waren sehr hilfreich. Der Pool und der große Garten sind super gepflegt und sauber. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen den Tatsachen. Wir haben es genossen, abends den unzähligen Glühwürmchen beim Tanz zuzusehen. Da um das Haus alle Lichter schaltbar sind und die Gegend relativ lichtarm ist, konnten wir sehr viele Sterne am Himmel sehen. Also: Teleskop oder Fernrohr mitbringen.Es waren drei junge Katzen fast ständig ums Haus, die die Besucher natürlich ziemlich angebettelt haben. Eine davon war sehr aufdringlich und hat auch vor Sprüngen auf Tisch und Grill und Besuchen im Haus keinen Halt gemacht. In der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Es war eine sehr schöne Woche und wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind werden wir wieder die Villa Colombaia buchen.

Traumhafte Lage, ganz schönes Anwesen!

Wir waren begeistert. Was für eine traumhaft schöne Lage des Hauses. Und was für ein Ausblick! Insbesondere von dem schönen Essensplatz draußen. Der Pool war super gepflegt und sauber, perfekte Temperatur und Größe . Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt, in dieser schönen alten Villa und dem Anwesen. Alles hat perfekt geklappt. Sehr netter Empfang, sehr gute Empfehlungen zum Reiten und Essen gehen. Und im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Danke!

Wunderschöne Villa mit Wohlfühlgarantie

Von der Buchung über DH Villas, über den Empfang vor Ort (sowohl via WhatsApp durch die Service-Mitarbeiter, als auch durch den Eigentümer und seinen Mitarbeiter vor Ort) und die mehrfach wöchentliche Pflege des Pools und der Außenanlagen kann ich nur positiv berichten. Die Beschreibung der Villa und auch die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen zu 100% der Realität. Wir haben einen Traumurlaub dort verbracht, und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Auffahrt zur Villa ist für jeden normalen PKW kein Problem. Auch die Menschen in der Region sind sehr hilfsbereit, und es gibt ein paar sehr gute, typisch italienische Restaurants im Umkreis von 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls durch einen 10 Minuten entfernten Gala Supermarkt gegeben (hier gibt es fast alles). Zusammengefasst: TOP Villa in Traumlage. Ruhig, aber trotzdem mit guter Erreichbarkeit einiger größerer Städte (Fano. Rimini, San Marino….). Absolute Empfehlung ohne Einschränkungen! Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub mit DH Villas.

Urlaub 2024

Wir hatten schöne Tage im großzügigen alten Steinhaus. Der Pool war absolute Spitze und sehr sauber, da regelmäßig gereinigt wurde während des Aufenthaltes. Das Haus ist urig, Ausstattung Küche umfangreich. Sanitär war sauber aber doch italienisch etwas reparaturbedürftig ???? und die Duschen für etwas fülligere Leute zu eng. Aber ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, der per WhatsApp rund um die Uhr erreichbar gewesen wäre. Spitzenmäßiger Pizzasteinofen. Absolute ruhige Lage mit mega Aussicht und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem schönen gepflegten Grundstück. Zu Empfehlen!

A perfect holiday-hideaway for a family

We (a family of 5, with 3 kids ages 2-8) spent 2 marvellous weeks in Villa Colombaia. To start with, everything was just as the pictures say: the nice garden, the comfortable house and the pool, plus the great views and landscape around. The owners Beniamino and his son Cristiano were the perfect hosts: very kind, always reachable and really caring for us (we had a small problem with the TV on a Sunday and it was solved the same day). The hillside estate invites to go for regular strolls, to enjoy the garden with lots of flowers and "wild-life", of which the owners are taking care 3 days a week during the earliest morning hours (we never even noticed them doing this work). Our kids extremely liked the daily visit to the hens at the other side of the estate - always providing us with fresh eggs! We never got tired of the great views to the surrounding hills. A real highlight is the swimming-pool. It works with salt water and was always extremely clean. There were several sun loungers and parasols available, they seemed to be totally new. A nice feature of the whole estate is also the outdoor lighting which can be activated to one´s personal likings - including in-pool-lighting. Absolutely no complaints about the house from our side either - as can be seen in the pictures the interior is in a rustic style with older furnitures - it´s a good fit and we liked the atmosphere, bedrooms, living area, kitchen... (we were staying in the upper part of the house, making use of the lower flat only when another family stayed with us overnight for a short visit). The house doesn't need any system for air-conditioning - it´s a stone house with thick walls, all windows have mosquito nets and so we just made sure to have some ventilation with the door and living-room windows open - the house was always cool, although we were having +30 degrees outside on most days. As the place is up on a hill, be prepared for a 15 min. car drive in order to reach the next supermarket (good variety) in the valley. The only bad thing in this part of Italy are the bumpy roads! These did not stop us to visit some nice places of which we most liked the small cities of Urbino and especially Gubbio (worth the +90 min. drive!). The Fasassi cove also was great fun for the whole family. We definitely plan to repeat and come back to Villa Colombaia in the future!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten mit 7 Personen eine entspannte Woche in der Villa. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt, waren aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit herlichen Ausblicken und es ist sehr ruhig. Unseren Kindern hat vor allem der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

magnifica struttura per un relax totale

La struttura corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione ed alle foto pubblicate su Vs. sito, buona la pulizia, le dotazioni sono state più che sufficienti a soddisfare le ns esigenze, ottima l’accoglienza da parte del sig. Beniamino. Villa Colombaia 10 è la struttura ideale per chi vuole “staccare” del caos cittadino, offre un panorama magnifico in assoluta tranquillità. Degni di nota la fantastica piscina ed il meraviglioso giardino che circonda la casa. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’ovetto fresco quotidiano fornito dalle sei galline presenti nel pollaio in giardino. Il servizio offerto dall’agenzia è stato impeccabile dimostrando competenza e serietà sin dai primi contatti. Il sito www.dream-holidays.it è strutturato in modo tale da avere tutte le informazioni necessarie prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno. Grazie a tutti voi per aver reso il ns. soggiorno ad Acqualagna un ricordo molto speciale.
