Bright and cozy house with garden in a building with swimming pool and private access to the beach, in Aci Castello. Casa Magnolia spreads on two levels and enjoys a beautiful outdoor area with a dining area and a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs where guests can sit and enjoy the sunny days. Some stairs lead to the living area, located on the first floor, decorated with a sofa, armchairs, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Upstairs is the sleeping area, consisting of a bedroom with a French bed, one with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. Two additional bathrooms with showers complete the layout. The house is inside a condominium with a shared pool and access to the private beach with an equipped platform.At guests' disposal comfort such as washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating. *Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.*The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 30th of September.
