"I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes...

"The helpful reception staff is their strong suit. My booked room had blinds missing from one window (so no nighttime privacy); but the gent on duty promptly moved me to an upgraded Executive room when I reported the issue.
