"The room and sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. It’s a basic 3 star hotel, the only thing is I’m used to hot water and safe electrical outlets. The first room I was in had shortages in the lights/outlets as evidenced by flickering lights that needed adjusting of the plug, and sparks when unplugged something from the wall. The last night I paid for an upgraded room, which did have hot water, updated outlets, and no sparks when things were unplugged. Also...

"There so many bad stuff which I can’t say or type all. Internet run out of data, the room I saw online before booking wasn’t the one I was given. Tv was without station I.e no dstv. I have to go through so many stress before the host gave me where I booked. It was really terrible and frustrating frankly speaking."

"I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes...
