It’s a five bedroom house, with a big compound that can host events such as weddings, engagements, anniversaries.
The compound is also great for families with younger children and perfect for family get togethers. We provide unlimited Wifi.
The house can also be used as a place to stay, when in Accra as it is close to all the amenities including the University, airport, the Accra mall, the LA beach etc.
NOTE: For Events like Wedding,Engagement etc because it’s a Residential Area No Music is played outside exactly 6:00pm. And we provide only 50% of fuel in the Generator Plant. Thank you

East Legon

The home is situated in a quiet area and equipped with air conditioning The five bedrooms were spacious, though guests need to provide their own bedding and towels. There are five bathrooms one of which did not work properly; however, the host addressed the issue. The host checked on us regularly. It takes approximately 40 minutes to reach Makola Market and the Art Center. Overall, the two-week stay was pleasant.

Spacious home with gym and pool table

Our party of 6 had a great time. The home is spacious and great for thise who want their own space but also a shared common area for the living room and dining room. The uoung men in our group loved the garage gym and table tennis . There was a bathroom for wach bedroom and it was an easy pricess to stay in contact with the host. We also had a guard at the guard house which is standard for villas in the city. We felt safe. We were able to wash clothes but it rained and we were had to put the clothes on the porch rails due to the lack of a dryer. Overall, it is a very good place to stay in Accra and not far from the airport. We stayed two nights on arrival. Left and traveled Ghana and came back for our last two nights. It was nice to come back to the same place. I would stay here again with a group. The price is wonderful for a group on a budget

Spacious and convenient to the Airport

There were 6 of us for the Ghana trip and used this as our base while we explored Ghana. This home is spacious with lots of bathrooms. We felt very comfortable and safe with a nice gentleman in the guard house (standard for villas). The POC was very nice and easy to reach. There is a garage gym which my 2 male cousins loved. They have a washing maching but clothes dry on a line. I would definitely stay here again if staying in Accra and the price for rental is a steal. e w

Lovely stay in Accra

A group of 5 stayed in the house while at a conference and we were pleased at how large the house was. The house manager was wonderful and attentive to any of our requests. We enjoyed the roof deck and in-house gym! Highly recommend!

Home away from home

I booked this property and from the very beginning their communication was always welcoming. Fawzia and Mohammed were amazing on site and went over and beyond for us. My friends and family who stayed there all appreciated their kindness. My traditional wedding couldn't have been a success without them. My husband and I are definitely coming back for a private stay. The property and flowers are beautiful and the rooftop is an added bonus.

Home Away from Home

We stayed at this residence for a week. It was awesome. Everyone, from Fauzia the resident Manager, Frank the security guy to Comfort the house keeper were at their best. William was equally at his best, managing from afar. Very honest people. The management was very proactive and responsive. The flexibility demonstrated in resolving challenges is worth-mentioning. Their goal was about our comfort, privacy and security. The facility itself was exactly as advertised. Very modern and neat. To us, it was a home away from home. I recommend this place to those who want a good feeling of home.
