"I have not stayed much in Tru hotels and I am not used to having no drawers. I adapted well. Only complaint I had was with water pressure in the shower. Food was good. Employees are awesome and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable."

"The main issue at this Courtyard Marriot was the overwhelmingly smell of raw sewage in the room. They are under renovations which I believe contributed to this and other minor issues. No hot water first day, one elevator out of service for a few days, inadequate drawer space for clothes. Just wasn’t a pleasant stay for us. I will say the Staff was extremely helpful and tried to accommodate us but the smell was overwhelming! We checked out a day early and went elsewhere."
