Excellent location, Citi Centre , A lot of good restaurants around. Spacious rooms. Staff are very helpful. Staff attend to your preferences and requirements immediately. Will stay here every time I come here.

There is no parking at the hotel. You have to walk up to kilometer away and costs anywhere from 15-25 Durham a day. Lots of restaurants in the area.

The location of the hotel / apartment is great. Most of the staff was really friendly. Air con great and a lot of shops close by. The problem I had with this hotel is I had to request a kettle and kitchen cutlery, I would assume a kettle would be already be in the room. A member of staff accused me of damaging the curtains which was not great (they were not damaged just stuck)

The room itself is very good. However, I gave it a 4 only because of 2 things. Ist is the presence of tiny roaches in the room, 2nd the bathroom smells urine even after the room service is done.

This is a small little hotel tucked in the middle of backstreets in the city. The surroundings are not the best, but one of the main roads is just a few metres away. My wife and I stayed at the Hotel for 6 days and during that time we had some issues with our bathroom and air conditioner unit that were resolved very fast and very efficiently. The hotel is in need of some refurbushing

Terrible experience

This hotel is terrible. Hari disrespected us. They need physical ID such as physical Passport for checkedIN. We showed passport in our Phone but they did not allow me for checkedIN this is ridiculous. I also gave a call to police.

After what I experienced at other hotels and hostels in UAE, I was very happy to have changed some plans to stay here. Upon checking in, I found out Expedia had made a mistake in my booking. This hotel handled everything. They gave me a room and called Expedia themselves to handle it, which I greatly appreciate. I needed that after some other issues that happened during my trip. Hotel is in a great location and has plenty of parking (albeit they are paid), and places to eat and check out. Uber had great access to it to, and it is a great stepping off point to other areas. Hotel was clean, well air conditioned, and very comfortable as a whole. Would absolutely stay again.

Staff were very courteous and pleasant and helpful. However, the rooms were not up to standard. The skirting board in the bathroom was rotted, not helped by the weak non functional exhaust which steamed up the whole bathroom and made it super unpleasant. The staff asked us to shower with the door open and leave the ac on auto .. both did nothing for the steam. On top of all that my daughter got multiple bed bug bites and has painful red swellings all over both her lower legs by her ankles. I don’t think we will be returning to this place.

No parking available at hotel

Contrary to advertising, no parking available at hotel. Hotel refused outright to provide, assist or arrange parking in a very busy location with little public parking during day and none at night. Cannot stay at such a location. Hotel should be upfront about facilities / amenities available and should never lie on their advertisement to misguide customers. Terrible experience. Did not stay at hotel due to their attitude.

1) furniture was worn out and not clean 2) there's no towels or dishwashing liquid or sponge to clean dishes 3) I found small cockroaches in the bathroom 4) Bathtub was not clean 5) Water shattaf was leaking so I had to turn off the water 6) Water heater was off so I had to wait an hour to take a shower 7) Both central AC's were fully on at 20ºC and the apartment was freezing when I checked in 8) There's no parking for the hotel, so i had to roam around and find paid parking on the street away from hotel

Cons: We tried to contact them before checking in, but the phone was ringing but no one was answering. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that their phones in the room were also not working. As there is no way for you to contact front desk, you have to go down and tell them in person, which is quite a hassle. Only two pillows were provided in the room, and the room and refrigerator smelled extremely unpleasant. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the drawers. Pros: It is located near the mall, coffee shops, and other places where you may need to purchase items. There are taxis available everywhere and getting one is not a problem. It is easy to communicate with the staff at this hotel.

El personal excelente, muy atento en todo momento. En líneas generales todo muy bien. Únicos puntos negativos: funcionaba una sola hornalla y el aire acondicionado central no podía cerrarse, con lo cual entraba un poco de frío en todo momento.
