To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors, please review and follow the house rules below:

🔇 Noise: Keep noise levels low at all times.

No outdoor music or loud noise (including yelling, instruments, or barking) at any time.

Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 PM.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM (strictly enforced).

🚭 Smoking: Not allowed inside or outside the property — this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and any tobacco products.

🐾 Pets: Not allowed unless prior written approval is granted (see Pet Policy below).

🚗 Parking:

Street parking is strictly prohibited.

Use only the designated parking spot, garage, or marked parking areas.

Do not exceed the maximum number of allowable vehicles.

🎉 Parties & Events:

Strictly prohibited.

Disruptive behavior, loud gatherings, or lack of decorum will not be tolerated.

Disturbing neighbors may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

🍷 Pool Use (if applicable):

No alcohol consumption poolside.

Glass containers are not permitted near or in the pool area.

🛋️ Property Care:

Keep all property and furnishings in good condition.

Do not move furniture.

Use all appliances and amenities only for their intended purposes.

👥 Occupancy & Guests:

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Do not exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit.

Notify us immediately if you expect extra guests to avoid additional charges.

📦 Deliveries: Sending or receiving packages to the property is not permitted.

🛠️ Check-in Walkthrough:

Renters are responsible for conducting a walkthrough upon arrival and reporting any existing damage.

🗑️ Trash Disposal:

All trash must be properly disposed of in the designated bins or containers.

Failure to do so will result in a fine of AED 500.

👤 Responsibility: The primary renter is responsible for the conduct and safety of all guests in the group.

Pet Policy
We welcome pets with prior approval only.

🐶 Pet Fee & Deposit: After booking, we’ll send a request for the pet fee and a refundable pet security deposit.

🐕 Only house-trained dogs and cats are allowed.

🐾 Maximum of two pets permitted per booking.
