The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower."

"Traveling with family. We Booked this location for the indoor pool. It was closed due to supposed incident with a customer.
Then we went to take a shower after a long drive. Also no hot water. I know it’s summer but the water was way too cold to get in!
Night staff was great at communicating and even coming to the door.
Tried to find another accommodation, being it Father’s Day weekend nothing was available for a family.
I waited all week for a call from management. Nothing. This place is...

"I didn’t stay in the motel. I got it there the night off and I said I couldn’t check in until 3 PM. I was there to pick up my son from the Air Force so I had to sleep in my car. I think I own an apology on this app for letting me book and not be able to sleep. I needed somewhere to sleep at night not to sleep in my car, this is just ridiculous taking my hard earn money I would like a refund"

"This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First the pictures on website are deceiving. This hotel is very out dated and desperate need of repairs. Place felt dirty and not clean. First night we asked the front desk for extra towels and the attendant said they didn’t have any. Asked again the second night and was given one that she said she found. First night the fire alarm went off at 2AM. When about to evacuate the premises, the alarm stopped but was never given an explanation...

"We had no bath towels. No sheets on bed. Crumby front desk when I asked for for glasses and where to have a meal. And advised us to have breakfast somewhere else. I walked a few blocks to find a pop machine. Just to say the other Super 8’s were fine. There was a drawer full of old bottles and the place was unclean. But it was late and as seniors who were on the road all day, I asked for some sheets that I put on the bed and slept the night."
