"The hinge on my door was defective such that once the door was opened It could not be closed completely such that it could not be locked. The only way I could stay there would be to stay in the room and not leave the room. The staff (one individual on duty) was very polite and came with a screwdriver to try to repair the door, but it still did not close properly. I could not stay in the room and had to go to another hotel. The person on duty said there was nothing that he could do as there was...

"I’m a smoker so I loved that they had outdoor rooms so I can just step outside and smoke, or even go to my car, loved the bar, I’m not a drinker but had fun at bar and actually relaxed and drink a couple with my husband for my bday!!! Also loved that they have pool tables!!"

"I reserved a room here, because the things that are essential to us had good ratings. BUT... First observe the date of this, because it's important to know for future reference.
When we were checking in, there was an apology letter taped to the front desk, and also in the elevator. There was a recent (electrical according to the desk clerk) fire. Repairs were being attended to, and were still apparently ongoing. It affected rooms at the end of the first floor corridor.
We were a little wary...
