  • Sky Cottage es una hermosa casa de un dormitorio con impresionantes vistas sobre Loch Tay, a solo 2 millas al oeste de la encantadora aldea conservacionista de Kenmore. Justo en el corazón de las tierras altas de Perthshire, esta casa de campo adosada de lujo ofrece un alojamiento excepcionalmente cómodo y lujoso para parejas que buscan un placer especial.

    Arriba, la espaciosa habitación con cama de matrimonio está orientada al sur y tiene ventanas cuidadosamente ubicadas para que pueda tumbarse en la cama y ver salir el sol sobre Loch Tay. Hay un baño encantador con calefacción por suelo radiante y una sala de vapor y ducha a ras de suelo.

    La sala de estar tiene una estufa de leña, un cómodo sofá y sillas. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y equipo de alta fidelidad con i-pod y puerto de datos; además de muchos libros y DVD. La cocina es blanca y moderna, con superficies de trabajo profundas y cajones con cierre suave, encimera y horno Neff, nevera y lavavajillas. La cabaña también está equipada con una aspiradora, una lavadora, armario de ventilación y tendedero, tabla de planchar y plancha.

    Este es el lugar ideal para un fin de semana romántico, una luna de miel, una escapada a mitad de semana o una estancia más larga y la oportunidad de relajarse realmente. Ubicado en medio de 50 acres de bosque privado y prado salvaje con fachada en el lago, la cabaña también cuenta con los derechos de pesca de la trucha.

Der erste Eindruck war.......Wow

Ein Traumhäuschen inmitten der Schottischen Natur, umgeben von Ruhe, frischer Luft, vieeeel Grün und einer noch intakten Tierwelt. Erholung und Entspannung sind Garantiert. Das Häuschen ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles wie im Prospekt beschrieben. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal an diesem schönen Ort......Sky Cottage, wir kommen wieder!!!! P.M

Beautiful location and view, pity the standard of the property couldn’t live up to the same

POSITIVES: Beautiful View, comfortable clean bed, good shower/steam room. NEGATIVES: Birds nesting above all 3 external doors, piles of bird excrement, attracting flies-internal & external. Bird excrement splattered down panoramic window. Fly excrement (large amounts) on internal panoramic window. Kitchen utensils on display, looked grubby and had flies crawling all over them. Cupboard handles sticky, Broken shelving etc in refrigerator, grubby hob, extractor fan didn’t seem to work and looked grubby. Cutlery draw was not inviting, grubby again. Small Samsung tv sat on a crate in the lounge area, needed to turn crate to watch tv when sat at the dining table. The table lacked quality and we couldn’t fit our legs underneath so we had to sit sideways this not very comfortable, crumbs were also on the chairs. The sofa was grubby looking so we tried turning the cushions but found this had been done before and there was plenty mess under them too. Sofa & chairs not very comfortable. Skirting boards were grubby as was the light switches & tv remote control. Shame the wood burner is stuck in the middle of the room it does hinder the view & it’s not a very nice looking one. The bedroom carpet had nasty brown spillages in various places but worse on one side of the bed. Electric sockets are on either side of the bedroom but none of them are close enough to use the hairdryer in front of the dressing table mirror. It was too bright at 4am inadequate window coverings. Hot tap in the bathroom was unusable-too stiff, we knew if we tried to force it we could do some damage, so we left it. Towels were worn thin and stained. One of the robes was slightly stained & swamped my wife, so we didn’t bother to use them. Uncomfortable metal garden furniture, covered in bird excrement, needed washing over daily. Personally milk in the fridge would have been more appreciated than presseco & chocolates. We feel we didn’t get value for money on this occasion, we have stayed in spotless cottages in the past that were luxurious but didn’t advertise the fact. We expected better!
