Clean, comfortable, location, location, location. What jumped out right away was the stocking of kitchen tools, gadgets and spices! Above and beyond what I've run into in the past.

Easy check-in, absolutely wonderful beachfront location. Wish there was chlorine to keep the hot tub in shape for a week. It got pretty dirty after day 3 without any way to maintain the water. The supplies were pretty limited (4 garbage bags for recycling AND garbage for 12 people for a week). Ended up having to buy quite a few little supplies which is not a big deal if you know ahead of time. Would recommend bringing dish soap for dishwasher, paper towels, garbage bags. Lacked a large cutting board and large pot to cook crabs (we ended up buying one). Grill was dirty and pretty beat. Ping pong table was non-operable, all balls broken.With some minor tweaks, this place would be 5 star.

Family vacation

Are family uses our ocean visit as the one time a year we can all get together and cousins can play. Seascape was perfect for us. The pictures don’t give it credit. Even though it was overcast and rained, the kids enjoyed the ocean and adults played games. It has plenty of space and the beach is the backyard. Clean with calming decor and well equipped kitchen. Thanks for a great vacation

The home was just fabulous with awesome view of the ocean and beach. Very accommodating home situated in a quiet neighborhood. Just spectacular!

Beautiful location even in pouring rain

The location is amazing.The bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces are very nice. We were there in early Spring, so the weather was pretty rainy for outdoor activity. However, the windows in the home allow you to enjoy the view of the beach even if it's too rainy to go out. When it wasn't raining, the beach was wonderful for flying kites and nice walks. There is a bit of an eroded drop to get down to the sand. My mother wasn't able to get down the drop, but she enjoyed the view from inside. We were able to give the hot tub a try as well, during a period when it wasn't raining too hard. It was lovely. The only disappointment was the table tennis set was on it's last legs. Balls and paddles really need to be replaced. We gave it a good try, but it was pretty hard to have a good round of fun with that set. Overall this is a great place to stay.

girls reunion trip

The property accommodated our group of 9 women easily with plenty of room to gather & also spread out for privacy. The beds were comfortable & the hot tub was great & easy to use. The location right on the beach was exactly what we were hoping for. Note the living area (including kitchen & master suite) are upstairs so it could be difficult for someone with mobility issues to navigate.Wish the weather would have allowed us to use the deck & outdoor fireplace - it is a wonderful gathering spot.Host was super responsive. We had an issue with the garbage can being knocked over & garbage strewn all over by the seagulls before we arrived - we called & it was quickly taken care of so it looked nice for the rest of our guests when they got there.10/10 would book this location again! our foodupstairs

We wished that there were more supplies,that we didn't have to keep bothering the host for more paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Otherwise the stay was good and we enjoyed the house and the beach.

Birthday weekend

I booked this place as it was literally right on the beach for my bday weekend. The view was amazing and the ocean roared in all its excellence. The host was great and kind at answering my silly questions as this was my first time renting a home. The home was clean and kitchen stocked with tools ready for us to make anything we needed to. I really enjoyed the layout of the home and enjoyed eating out on the deck with the fireplace table. The garage was perfect for playing ping pong and cards while we BBQd right outside. We had 6 adults and 2 kids but the home can easily host more guests. The kids loved running down to the beach and exploring. The downstairs livingroom is perfect for movies with everyone. Water was nice and hot for a shower/bath & washing dishes, the bed was a little firmer than I was hoping but still comfy with the pillows and comforter. There were plently of towels and basic items a home would need, the hot tub was most relaxing and enjoyable any time of the day, even with a little bit of sprinke. I will definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice getaway in Westport!

We rented the house for the family. We went there to say good bye to my mother who passed away. We let her ashes go in the ocean. It was a great place to stay at. The house was beautiful an very cozy. We will truly stay there again possibly each year:)

Great location and a great host

Every summer we plan on visiting the pacific coast with a larger family group. We've stayed at a number of vacation properties over the past few years and I must say that everyone in the group really loved this house. We had a large group of 13 people (adults, kids and teens) and the house was large enough for everyone. The best part is the location - being able to literally just walk to the beach from the house is amazing. The house is well equipped too, and the host is very responsive. Great experience overall and the kids in our group have already asked us to book the place again for next year :)

Wonderful view and comfortable home on the beach

We had a short but wonderful stay at this beachfront home. Beautiful ocean view, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, easy to get onto the beach to walk...and we didn't use the hottub or firepit but they wouldve been great. Had a lovely time.

Great for family reunion

We had eight adults and six toddlers for a family reunion this summer. You can’t beat the location on the beach! There is something for everyone. It was wonderful to be able to look out on the beach and see what was going on or bring little kids back to clean them up, get food or nap. We loved our stay!

Great Vacation Rental!

We had a great stay here. The view is incredible! With a family group of 10, the four bedrooms were all spaced apart, and the three separate living areas made the space very comfortable. There were just a few minor issues that were brought up to the owner which was well received. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property with amazing view

This was such a beautiful house with enough space for our party of 15! Everyone had their own space, including the kids. The beach access is steps away with a pathway leading you right to it. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and was so beautifully decorated. Such a wonderful space and an amazing stay. The host was very responsive and kind. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful, well appointed beachfront house

This was the perfect location for my husband's 70th birthday celebration with our kids and grandkids ages 2-6, right on the beach with great ocean views. We even saw deer wandering through the grasses. It was December and COLD, but the night sky, ocean waves, sand dollar strewn beach and warm coziness of the house, fireplaces and ample room to spread out made the weekend a wonderful memory for all. The kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in the entire weekend. The families loved the pool table and balls in the garage which provided hours of entertainment. The hot tub was not working at the time of our visit, but things happen... The host was helpful and contacted us after our visit when the cleaning crew found some family photos they thought were ours. They were not, but it was a thoughtful gesture.

Nice comfortable house with great ocean views

Very nice house, nicely decorated, everything you would need in a kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean. You couldn't get much closer to the ocean, great views from many rooms in the house. Easy access to the beach from the house. Quick responses of the host. We highly recommend this house.
