Horrible! Do NOT stay here! I could overlook the dirty floors and coffee maker having an old filter, but when we tried the shower water sprayed everywhere. We couldn't even take a bath because the tub didn’t hold water. The toilet rocked each time you sat on it. We reached out to the owner who said i shouldve contacted them earlier. Well we checked in at 10pm and tried showering at 9am. Reached out shortly after. Now they refuse to reimburse us! The house was unusable!

It was so dirty that we did want our golden doodles sitting or laying down in the floors. Flat surfaces had not been wiped off and showed sticky areas and cup marks. There were spiders in the kitchen. Baseboards and corners were filthy. My husband and I turned around, walked out and went to a Fairfield Inn and Suites for five nights. The owner disagreed with our assessment & would not return our money. She/he kept saying they had personally inspected it after being cleaned and deemed it clean. What?!? They kept writing they had purchased fresh bedroom linens. Ok but the house was DIRTY. There were only 2 thin bath towels in the bathroom and no hand towels or wash cloths. The washing machine was running and either we were expected to transfer the load to the dryer and fold or it was going to sit in the washer and mildew for five days. I wish the owner had posted honest pictures. We would have never considered renting it.

Check in was easy with no issues. The house needs cleaned though. We couldn’t use the washer/dryer because there were already things in the dryer. There were no trash bags, toilet paper, or clean wash cloths for showering. The trash was also full when we got there so I’m assuming there was another stay right before ours? Not sure. The back yard was great for our dog and the location of the house was convenient.

Perfect in everyway! Great for traveling athletes!

This was only my second VRBO and I was nervous. The host made it super easy gave me all the details I needed for check in and check out smoothly. Fenced in yard, super nice neighbor and very quiet neighborhood. Gas stove, air fyer and microwave for cooking. Air conditioning will freeze you out, which was wonderful for the 107 degree heat index after a long day on the feild. Very close to Ripken Stadium and lots of food choices! Walmart right next door!

Affordable Alternative on a Quiet Street

The listing description states 2 bedrooms each with 2 queen beds sleeping 8. The write up corrects that with 2 bedrooms one queen in each meaning it sleeps 4. I over looked that but it should be corrected as a family of 5 we were short a bed. The positives: the beds were comfy, the AC worked well, the use of the washer and dryer while traveling a huge plus, and more room for 5 than a hotel. The neighborhood was quiet, street parking directly in front of the house, communication, and check in/out all went well. Cons: As other reviewers have stated the house could use a deep clean and better attention to detail prior to hosting guests. We stayed after the 4th of July and found “pop it” in the living room, food and other items on the living room run and just overall lack of cleanliness throughout. There were no extra and lack of paper products we had to purchase some. The kitchen lacked basic cooking supplies ie. knife, strainer, larger cups, cutting board/mat. The towels were hit or miss with stains but you could tell they were clean so that’s good. It’s a cute property with a nice yard. If they corrected the cleanliness and added some supplies to the kitchen it would be a much higher review from us. The listing should also reflect sleeping for 4 with access to 2 full couches so we were able to make it work.

Lovely cottage in quiet neighborhood

This space reminded me of a little house I rented in Lacey, WA. Perfect size for my wife and I, then joined by my H.S. graduate daughter for a few nights. Nice lush grass in backyard. Cute porch to relax and chat on. Overall very pleasant stay.Not far from the freeway but still felt neatly tucked away.

Comfortable 2 bedroom house. Quiet area and I had a very nice stay. Communication with the owner was very prompt and helpful. I would book a stay thereagain as everything went very well. I asked for a later checkout and the owner had accommodated without hesitation. Was able to use DoorDash and no problems. Would recommend as this rental met my needs and was reasonable in pricing and enough space for 2-3 people. Photos were as stated.
