"For my purposes, the Pincerna Rooms fitted the bill perfectly. A short stroll from the station, Union Street and the various offices that I needed to visit. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast but that is because I forgot to book it. Although I didn’t use it, the kitchen looked great and well equipped. "Fantastic building amenities. I had a great view and loved the space. It was great to have a gym and laundry. It was noisy at night because of the nightclubs close by. The building itself was very quiet. Communication with Charles hope was not very good. It took a while to get answers, if at all. "
