"I assume the hotel had just been taking over and was getting some sort of overhaul. Stayed in the building across from reception, wasn't very pleasant. Room wasn't the cleanest, had no bathroom door! Shower didn't work neither did the TV."

"Purchased through Expedia. My wife's father passed away and they would not reply to any of our messages and Expedia would not help with a credit or refund. Even with a death in the family. We never made it to our vacation. Sad that no one cared enough to get back to us in such a terrible family ..."
