"Swift and smooth check-in @ 1715 on a Frday evening. Allocated room quiet, as requested. TV not working - maintenance arrived and fixed it within 5 minutes. Evening meal adequate, if not a little expensive, but guests are a captive audience. Nice to have breakfast included in the price, and a 5 minute ..."
