There is a guest cottage on the property that offers 4 beds (rented separately).

Only 600 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches in Åhus, a pool area, and within walking distance to the harbor with restaurants, bars, ice cream kiosks, tennis court, minigolf etc.

Bedrooms
The cottage has two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a pull-out lower bed. A maximum of 7 people is allowed, but the 6th and 7th persons will have to sleep on floor mattresses.

Living room
The large living room offers a dining area for 8 people and a 55-inch smart TV.

Kitchen
Newly renovated kitchen in 2025. Equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Laundry room available with washing machine and dryer.

Other information

The property is 1100 m2 and also has a 29 square meter guest cottage with 4 beds that is rented separately. For a large group, these two cottages together offer a total of 5+4 beds.

Parking is available on the property.

IMPORTANT. Guest need to bring your own sheets and towels.

Final cleaning is included, but guests are expected to take out the trash.

The cottage is not suitable for pets.
